How to change the format of a disk (MAC)?

My Dad went on Better Connecticut for Lauzier Tile (TV) and he want's me to make copies of the video. But the disk format was UDF (Universal Disk Format) And the format of my disks are fpbf. But all of the files are .ts.ifo, .ts.BUP, And .VOB. How do I get it to read these files? How would I even change the format of the disk?
