Can you take out a student loan for housing in college?

OKAY SO. im going to norwalk community college (in connecticut) in the fall. i currently live an hour and a half away from norwalk so there is NO WAY im commuting - its a community college so they dont have dorms either so my only way is to get an apartment. ive talked to the school but they dont give that much info. today i went down to norwalk and put the deposit on the apartment im getting - its $1750 a month .. for 2 years. theres NO WAY my family can afford that (we arnt poor but i have siblings and we arnt super rich either) also i already filed for financial aid but didnt get anything. but thats only because right now im living with my parents but in the fall ill qualify.. but thats the thing i need the money NOW not in the fall and financial aid wouldnt be able to cover EVERYTHING. so basically my question is - how do i go about getting a student loan for my apartment now in june/july?
