Does the Quran/Koran State Earth, sun and moon rotate in its own axis?
yes the greeks knew it long before the quran or the bible came out. also the common people in the middle east at the time were illiterate and much of the knowledge was transferred from person to person through oral traditions. this knowledge was common throughout the world because of alexander the great. now if the quran mentioned something that couldn't have been easily known such as quantum mechanics or relativistic mechanics than that would be some good evidence towards it being divine in nature. but the quran doesn't address any such topics directly and the few claims made towards these being mentioned are sketchy and a big stretch. now if the quran said something like "It is He whom created the particles that make up the particles that make up the sand and in those of smallest quantity he said do not know where you are, and be in many places at once" or perhaps if it said "and He who created the universe locked time and space together so that all movement must go through both, and he limited them with light so that nothing could move faster than light, and space would fold to match light and time would warp to match light, for only the guiding light is true and all else follows its path". than something like that would have been good.
